Hi there! I'm Cansu a pastry chef, mom and proud new Austinite. My journey with desserts began after I became a mother. I’ve attended pastry workshops and trainings across Istanbul, Rome and Vienna.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring that experience to the Austin, Texas. I create desserts like tiramisu, brownies, eclairs, profiteroles, tres leches cake, red velvet, magnolia pudding, and crème patissiere.

I focus on one thing - make perfect brownies! Every batch is handmade fresh daily, using high-quality ingredients — including premium rich Belgian chocolate.
